How To "Try On" Garments
Many of our waist trainers and other products include shaping rods inside the lining which intentionally fit to your form during use. For this reason we ask when "trying on" products such as waist trainers, you gently place it around the circumference of your abdomen in order to measure it prior to attempting to tighten or clasp the trainer. This will ensure you get an accurate idea of whether or not the product will fit properly prior to irreversibly altering the item. If the item is deemed to have been altered in any way during the "trying-on" process by RiRi's LLC, this will automatically DISQUALIFY the item for return/exchange consideration.
For garments from the waist down, we ask that you try these items on with a clean pair of underwear/bathing suit underneath while also leaving the hygienic sticker intact on the intimate area. Removal of this sticker will automatically deem the product worn and no longer in good condition, thus NOT qualifying for return/exchange.
In addition to the above discussed conditions, all products MUST have their original tags/packaging intact as the consumer received it in order to meet refund/exchange standards. Meeting all of these requirements does NOT necessarily guarantee your refund/exchange. RiRi's LLC reserves the right to evaluate returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
